You could play Dragon's Dogma, it has about 4 different kind of magic classes. It has a nice repertoire of spells instead of just lame projectiles like in Dark Souls. My favorite spells are Glicel, Miasma, Brontide and Bolide. And Holy enchanted staff projectiles are nice as well.
