why can't Nintendo make a game that proves Luigi and Daisy are a couple? it's been long overdue.
I've read many Luigi and Daisy fanfics and looked at pictures of them on DeviantArt
I just want something like maybe bring Tatanga back and have him kidnap Daisy so you could play as Luigi and adventure through Sarasaland to save Daisy and have Daisy kiss Luigi at the end. why hasn't Nintendo made a game like this yet?

Luigi and Daisy go on a vacation together. A villain shows up and the gameplay involves swapping between Luigi and Daisy on the fly because they have different abilities.

Franchise protagonist syndrome. They want everybody who is getting into the franchise or who runs into the franchise to have the same experience, to be able to share the same experience, and to be able to run into the same experience in the future. As such, there is no long-running plot which will give characters different motivations and different aspects and different times. Instead, every character has some immediately identifiable traits, they tend to be fairly forward and clear in their intents, and they do not change over time. Daisy is as Daisy was and as Daisy always will be, because Mario is a huge franchise and they don't want some people thinking Daisy behaves one way and others thinking she behaves differently. So she'll stay exactly the same as she is now, a spunky loud outspoken visiting princess who is Peach's friend. And that's it.
Anything else will only occur in a spinoff title, along the lines of something like Paper Mario.

Nintendo barely even tickles and spits on Mario and Peach and it being nothing more than a "more than just friends but you can have kisses on the cheek even though Peach already does this to literally everyone now nowadays" kinda shit even with the love triangle schlong with Bowser, I don't think they even have energy left to spare for Luigi and Daisy nor the fact that they are bound by relation simply because it's a goddamn parallel to Mario and Peach.
Jesus fucking Christ, they acknowledged Mona's crush on Wario earlier than they did them ever doing shit with Luigi and Daisy. That's a fockin' bonkers even for me and I'm a goddamn Wario and Mona supporter.
Ironically, the reason why Daisy even was kidnapped by Tatanga was because of Wario himself IIRC, it's just not very acknowledged much. Don't quote me on that, I just vividly remember something about this being to help a distraction for Mario while Wario raided his joint.
