Nintendo actually has some weird contractual shit about antipiracy measures on non-switch releases of your games, assumedly so that there's still a point to digitally hosting your game on their storefront when there's a ubiquitous crack. Can't speak for Sony, but Microsoft straight up doesn't give a shit and lets you have like zero copyright protection shit in your release.
