What are your thoughts on the inevitable streaming-only future?

>Nintendo is so stubborn and resistant to change, so I can count on them to remain non-cloud, non-stream based for as long as possible.
Ah like how you can count on them not to rent roms, sell DLC and season passes or release unfinished games?

Google Play music is by far the best music streaming service, better than crappel and shitify. I depend on it for personal use as well as work (I'm a theater technician and so I often have to DJ events).

Google is actively trying to remove this great service and replace it with YouTube music which is missing most of the functionality. However, since the userbase isn't using YTM, they are continuing to support GPM.

I'm worried, but everything has been fine so far.

ya, nintendo eventually catches up a decade later

>you have to pay for the subscription
>AND pay for the games
>AND for the data plan skyrocketing because sending that much audiovisual data on a constant basis is just not efficient in the slightest
It's DOA. They might fool investors by comparing it to music streaming, but not users.

>something pops up
>IT'S INEVITABLE FUTURE
every time

Yes, they started doing those things a decade after everyone else, which was my point. Learn to read before you try to be a smartass next time.

>(I'm a theater technician and so I often have to DJ events)
You should not be relying on off-site music if you're a DJ. Portable devices are big enough to store years and years of music on them now. Get your own library sorted out so you don't need to live in fear of YouTube music.

>data plan
I seriously hope you aren't this cucked.

Kek no. The next generation consoles are all going to be cloud only. That includes Nintendo. That was always the plan to make sure you buy games but don't actually own them. See steam for further proof.
