I know how to get the Snow Queen and Reiji andhow to avoid the bad end.
Anything else? Such as with combat and stats?

Just use Wikidot for some obscure secrets and play by yourself. SEBEC is easy and short, you can beat it in 20 hours tops.
To get the Ultimate Personas in Snow Queen, you have to do the Thanatos tower first. Unless you use save states to get yourself OP magic from the casino, attempting this will make you want to kill yourself. Don't do it. It's not worth it.
Does the non-snow queen route always give you a bad end?
How do I remove the crappy jpop from this version?
I don't remember there being multiple endings apart from the two different routes. At any rate Snow queen doesn't have much of a story, it's pretty much just a containment area for all the neat ideas they couldn't figure out how to work into the other route. SEBEC route is where all the actual plot is
The jpop is fucking awesome you tasteless faggot.
Also, this game's combat makes 0 sense and confounds me to the point of absolute vexation. In fact, EVERYTHING about the game is just plain confusing. Running around and exploring the town is pretty fun, though.
The ambient score that was originally featured in the Playstation version fits the game much better.
It's just a standard turn based JRPG with positioning and attack ranges. The only confusing thing in P1 is how to get that Kuchisake Onna bitch's spell card, that shit seems near impossible
>standard
Back when I gave the game a shot I remember there being a ton of mechanics that seemed to have no function whatsoever and that the battles were over just as quickly as they started. It just seemed like it was very, VERY easy and that I could just have my party auto-attack every fight and still win.
Then you don't remember it very well. I can't think of anything the game does that "has no function whatsoever". Maybe you just tried using guns without actually equipping one like a doofus or something
>a ton of mechanics that seemed to have no function whatsoever
elaborate
you need the patched psp version with the ps1 music
Just do the normal quest first and then worry about Snow Queen after your first playthrough as it is more challenging. Reiji requires really specific stuff, so go look it up. If you don't feel like bothering with doing all of the stuff to get him, just pick Brown since he's really solid.
No. You just get a bad ending if you pick any of the "jerk" dialogue choices. I actually ended up getting the good ending just by being a goody-two-shoes on my first playthrough without having looked up anything about the endings. There might be another requirement like getting the upgraded Personae, but I'm not really sure about that. The important thing is that you need your Shadow to be cool with you.
No, there's just one scene where dialogue matters enough to change your route (just dont be an indecisive douchebag, but I'd look it up if you want to be sure). The other choices just give you stuff for your personas if you choose the right one
When you level up put points into Dex and Agility. Dex ups magic damage and a bunch of other stats and agility also increases some other stats but the most important thing is it allows the MC to act before both the other party members and enemies once it's high enough.
Look up the Persona1wikidot if you want a lot of info about the game like how to perform the fusion accident exploit to always get a Fool persona.
Don't be a jerk to the "good" loli. If you fight a teddy bear, it means you failed.
Impossible. PSP soundtrack has ~20 tracks, while original has ~100 tracks. You will never recreate it, so just stick with it.
>The jpop is fucking awesome you tasteless faggot.
It's okay but it doesn't excuse having 5 times less tracks in the game. At least just leave the tracks you can't replace as is.
Get a patch for the original music.
Not just that but there are a bunch of small details that ended up being removed in the psp version like the persona summoning sound effect or certain spell effect like sweet trap on longer causing a random object to fall on the target it's used on.
I hope you all took Nanjo on the Snow Queen Quest. He may have been requried in SEBEC, but he spends the whole route dishing out absolutely SAVAGE verbal beatdowns to all the kids in the towers like he's Japanese Vince McMahon. I never got as much entertainment out of any other Persona game as I did when I saw Nanjo bullying the villains
LIVE IN BURRIED MEMORIES
After the SEBEC quest, I needed Nanjo in my party. He's way too cool not to take.
>Will never have another character like Nanjo
>Will never have another character that has no time for anyone's shit be they friend or foe
>Will never have a complete fucking asshole as a party member again
Shit sucks but I guess that's just the way it has to be apparently.
have some varied spells and dont go thinking you can megido everything until the end of the game
This is probably one of my favorite moments in 1 or the series in general. Nanjo being savage yet at the same time delivering a speech about bonds of friendship
You should know that it's a fucking dogshit game and you should play something else.
I loved that part where he goes "reasonable adults wouldn't do this, but I'm a kid so fuck yeah"
>weak to gun
>shoot enemy with gun
>is actually only weak to one type of gun
He's built up resistance to smaller bullets
Just watch the snow queen quest on youtube
it's not worth the time it takes to play it for such an anti-climactic ending.
I like different damage types and all but giving every single weapon type an unique damage type is fucking retarded
