Them putting the exclusives on PC is costing them like, 10k sales at most. MS realizes PC players don't want to deal with shitty ass consoles, and they own Windows, so why not just put the games on PC and get even more money? Sony's been talking about putting some games on PC too. They have also learned that there is more money to be earned if you make a PC port, as again, most PC players are not willing to downgrade to console to play your games.

I barely play online anyway. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate converts the key to 20 days if you're already subscribed. There's a dashboard promo for 2 months for $2 if you aren't subscribed.

The next xbox will be a bigger failure. Tons of Xbox guys switched over during the gen. Some have stuck it out, but will go PS5 next.
