JRPG's are shit and I've yet to find any better than Baldur's Gate 2, Arcanum, Planescape Torment, Dragon Age Origins, or Mass Effect. JRPG's are only good if you like shitty anime simulators and not an actual game.

Yes but not because of this.
It is because WRPGs are always so damn grounded it annoys me a lot. The only WRPG I can remember where we are in an incredible, fantastic universe and we combat forces of a godlike nature is Planescape: Torment.
I didn't play the sequel because everyone says it is a full downgrade.
