>I’ll be honest and admit I’m still not 100% sure what was going on in the game – I’m fairly certain there was no story involved, though I could have missed it. But honestly… I’m not even sure I care. Wave Break is pure chaotic joy with a side of adorable. Imagine a Tony Hawk game – you can free skate and grind your way across the arena freely, right? Now imagine you’re doing it in a boat. And you’re a bear.

>Yes, you heard me right.

>Heavily inspired by Tony Hawk, Wave Break throws you into a gorgeous beach area where you can grind, flip, and spin your way to the high score. It’s pretty much a free-play sandbox. Just watch out – you and your competitors can shoot each other to help guarantee victory.

>Honestly, the shooting aspect feels a little tacked on at times, but overall the game is so fun and manages to be competitive without being too stressful. Unfortunately for me I’m really bad at it, but my friend who’s a bit better with this style of game loved the controls and thought they felt really smooth.

>Aesthetically, the game is ridiculously lovely. It’s got bright pastel colours and art that I would honestly throw on a wall with no issue. The characters are quirky and adorable, and I’m really excited for the customization options – you’ll be able to get new clothes and change your appearance.

>Thankfully, Funktronic Labs was kind enough to provide me some alpha access keys, so I’m hoping to check out some more, and I’ll plan to keep you updated as things progress. Sure, Wave Break isn’t my normal style of game, but it’s so stupidly fun and pretty that it’s impossible to not want to go back and play again.

>Wave Break has an unspecified 2020 release, but you canadd it to your steam wishlistif you wanna keep an eye out!

Wait a minute isn't a dev of this from Yea Forums?

Wasn't some user here making this

wait, isn't this a shill thread?

Waiting for your game to get a bit more buzz before I expose your racist Yea Forums posts to resetera

Take the Epic deal lad and tell us the juicy details in the contract.

Yeah infact they shill their game a little too much. kind of annoying.

I know you're the dev here shilling this because that's what every other thread on this game has been. Tbh I could do with less shilling and more working on the game. Just fucking make the game and let it speak for itself. At least ask us what we want to see in the game instead of coyly pretending you're not the dev only to reveal yourself later and make some faggot ass nebulous statement about how cool your game will be when you hadn't even picked out a musician yet last time I saw you here. We get it, your game looks cool and fun, and hell, some of us might actually buy it (I'll be pirating btw) but for fuck's sake just post in a webm thread or fuck off.

>pirate fag
>is a giant crybaby
Cringe

>buyfag
>is a giant bootlicker
Yikes

this mother fucker was supposed to email me a key to this game in early access on steam like months ago. where the fuck is my key, man?

It hasn't gone early access

maybe it was the alpha playtest or whatever the fuck. still never hooked me up. what the fuck broski

Sorry sir, please just post your email and social security number for verification and I will send you the code as soon as possible! :D

i have several of each

Try joining the discord unironically. There's a bot that gives keys. I got an email awhile back about it, maybe check your spam folder

man i thought this game and you were cool a while ago... you let me down man....

Nice bait

Sure, it's Chad Thundercock and my SSN is 420696969

Which ones?

if the dev is in here, either as OP or lurking, then i want you to know I do plan on buying it. as long as it's not too expensive. something like $5-$10 would be good.

Out of all the threads I see called Shill, Wave Break is one I'd agree with.
The dev goes a little bit too hard, especially since he only ever posted one webm with no text for about a year
