It's a known issue. I only fap to 3D but face scanning without perfectly realistic textures to match is always going to produce some level of uncanny valley. Anime features with realistic textures has it happen too. I don't think Claire looks too bad, though I still find trying so hard to be realistic a bit boring for games.
