You mean Metis? She's Aigis's shadow self, a personification of Aigis's suppressed newfound humanity that she grew to have over the course of the half a year she was awake. Aigis couldn't handle the main character's death, she rejected her despairing emotions and wanted to be an unfeeling machine again. And so Metis was born.
