Last Blade, metal slug, ikari warriors, top hunter. Their bread and butter was fighting games. They had a bunch of different styled fighters out at the same time. KoF includes fighters from all of those franchises, though, so it doesn't make sense diluting the market.
Garou is just Fatal Fury and it deserves to have its stand alone game like Samurai Shodown.
