In Nocturne it's actually quite feasible to level demons that you like. One of the more popular choices is to keep a Daisoujou throughout the entire game.
Also don't release the demon that appears at the very top of the list in the menu if you want to be able to see an optional scene near the end of the game.

I'd go somewhere between fine and bad.

Some games have major problems, other games only have minor issues or run damn near perfectly. So on a good day I'd say it's fine, but other time you'd like cross referencing the wiki, searching the forums, adjusting the various CPU hacks because if you don't set it to clamp it crashes every 5 minutes. That kind of shit.

Yup. Beat the entire game with 60 fps patch and zero issues.

Playing AC on a real PS2 is amazing, there are effects that literally don't exist on PCSX2. There's no reason to use that shitty program unless you can't softmod your PS2

I can't tell which AC you're talking about. If pcsx2 doesn't have the effects it's because the emulator needs work, not because there's some magic in the ps2.

It's not a good option for me. I always get 4 player games since i play with my family and like so, i don't have to get 4 working controlers for every console i'm emulating (ps1,ps2,n64,dolphin, xbox, snes, ps3, 360). Not to mention all the tv and power cables that i would have around.

Also, this way i don't have to worry about x console failing me and struggling to get it fixed.

Parsec is pretty cool, friend uses a Ps3 controller that is emulated as a 360 one in his windows, which conects with my windows at the same time that is being emulated on dolphin to be a gamecube controller, all with almost 0 input lag at like 50km apart ( like 30 burgemeters)

This, the only 7th gen console exclusive I really wanted to emulate was Dragon's Dogma because it ran like absolute ass on PS3, like sub-HD and sub-30fps, and single digits if you were a mystic knight, but I also got Vanquish, and Bayo without even asking for them. PC just keeps getting all the games man.

Now we've even got Demon's Souls on PC and Ni no Kuni is also coming out soon on steam that used to be a game people would emulate because you previously could only play it on a PS3 or RPCS3 but now it's coming natively to PC too.

What is even left at this point?

Ryzen 3000s are much better. R2000s are still enough for quite a bit of PS3 and WiiU games (hell I'm on a R1600X, it runs all the games on pic at full speed the majority of the time) but it won't guarantee max speed for every single one of them. R3000s still won't, but it's way better.
You could also buy a cheap R2500 and upgrade to R4000s when they come out.
The CG doesn't matter that much except for Xenia, just be sure to use Vulkan on CEMU.

you dont need to, its just better for rpcs3 because it favors more threads/cores and is less gpu reliant like most other emulators

Emulation is mostly CPU performance, The 3770K should be fine but newer CPUs will be a lot faster and offer a much smoother experience. Also you'd want a modern Nvidia GPU. Ryzen 3600 is pretty cheap and should handle your emulation needs for the next 7 years I think.

Isn't GoW3 a Xbox exclusive? Can RPCS3 run Xbox games too?

You're still gonna be fine with the 2600 then, just don't try to run garbage like God of Snoy 3 or Killzone 2, and instead play stuff like Nier or NGS which will run full speed, especially if you OC.
