Ambition? Maybe. I'm pretty content with life so long as I'm comfortable and not actively getting fucked over by something/someone. I don't really feel the need to run the rat race if I don't have to, so why jockey for a social position if I care nothing about it? Hell, money itself is more a means to secure how I live than any sort of social influencer to me, so as long as I have enough cash to live reasonably comfortably and cover imminent emergencies I'll be fine.

If you're lucky? Windfalls like investing in bitcoin while it was new, having a wealthy family with more cash than brains willing to finance a leech's lifestyle, returns on existing investments, shit like that.

That's kinda the point I was making with my question. If you manage to luck into millions of dollars from the lottery or good investments somehow, go fucking crazy with the NEET life. But everyone pretty much knows the vast majority of NEETs are just unemployed and living with parents. I actually find it to be in really bad fucking form the way some people around here to prop up NEETdom as some grand and luxurious lifestyle. That shit fucking sucks and it will come crashing down sooner rather than later.

Actually, I wake up on my own at around 6 or 7 pm, shower and relax for a few hours, then get ready for work at 10, driving through light traffic the entire time until I get to work at 11. Midnights are comfy.
