Now that I'm coming on 26 I have realized that I'm probably going to play video games my entire life, no other form of media captivates me quite like games do.
It's strange to imagine but just think about it: in 50 years, nursing homes will be full of old video game consoles/PCs so that the old timers can relive the good ol days.

I would be more bothered by how the finale turned out if not for the fact that practically every franchise I had any interest in got totally buttfucked in recent years. I've gotten numb to it at this point, makes it much easier to just write it off. The new writers don't give a shit like the old ones did, so I shouldn't either.
