Dunno. Nintendo games don't tend to need sequels for me. It's nice when they come out but I still like the old ones too.

Besides, I want to be a game developer, not a gamer. So even if I'd "be interested," it's not really good for me.

I like the switch itself but a lot of the games are extremely shallow in content, or rather they have a lot of the same content cut into small chunks throughout wide areas of nothing.
I finished Mario Odyssey in a day, got bored of Breath of the Wild after the ridiculously fucking easy "boss fights", and I'm hoping Metroid Prime 4 doesn't have the same theme of making the game so fucking easy that the only way people would have any difficulty with it is if they're so new to games they don't understand how controllers work.

Every single thing we've gotten so far feels like it's 1/4th of a real game. Mario Party doesn't have anywhere enough minigames and maps. The maps are all too small.
Odyssey's areas are the size of maybe one medium sized level in Mario 64, but have less to do in them and less going on throughout.
I can count the amount of interesting NPCs, areas, and things to do in BoTW on one hand. The game has no interesting boss fights, garbage enemy variety, barren nothing with nothing worth doing in it, and overall feels like it's just a proof of concept polished up.
Mario Kart is fine but it's Mario Kart, none of the actual problems Mario Kart has always had have been remedied in anyway and in some cases they're worse.
Smash is Smash 4 with added content.
