I was excited cause that means characters I actually like have a chance, disappointed cause rosterfag threads will bleed into next year
See the problem is if they did what actual fighting games do and have decently paced reveals for a pass no one would complain, like showing Banjo and Hero was the best thing they did

It was really weird and dumb seeing people actually claim that the first pass would be the end of it, when Splatoon 2 is less popular than Smash and even that still got DLC for two years after release. This one guy kept making the same post that I was gonna be waiting forever when I dared to suggest we'd get more fighters. Apparently I'm not gonna be waiting that long after all. I would have loved to have seen his face when this announcement was made.
