Servers are down.. so I tried out retail again… I’m not coming back to classic
Honestly, you don’t understand how good retail is until you play classic for a long time and then come back to it.
So many qol changes… the graphics… the animations… the character models… the story… mythic+… battlegrounds… etc. so much more to do at end game.
I don’t know… it kind of just suddenly hit me. Classic is missing A LOT of things. I really don’t want to come home from work just to spend all my free time finishing 2 quests and gaining 1/15th of a level.
No… I want to que up for some bgs or dungeons, run some raids with guildies, do some dailies or achievements and just relax
In a weird way, I’m kind of thankful for the recent DDoS attacks. I would have never touched retail again had they not happened.
Some of my friends already went back to retail, and the ones who remain on classic will most likely burn out soon enough.
I will not be coming back to classic. Good bye.
