you say that, but in reality the van struggles to maintain people past 10 PM EST, don't know why it's probably because the van starts early and people get at least 4-5 hours of pure autism before they get tired and log off.

for the first minute, then whoever gets the bridge down first wins by default unless they're stupid enough to let a spy block it for 30 seconds.

Shoot these to slow down the enemy car. It can drop them to a crawling speed if you keep it up. You don't need to kill the driver to slow the enemy car down

Probably because hitreg on the wheels is so bad whereas the front is easy for the server to recognize. If you have low ping the wheels are worth shooting, but the front is safer and easier to hit

Wheels don't slow the car down as much as the grill, and the grill doesn't slow down as much as the driver wheel.
The optimal strat is to go Soldier and fire rockets right into the dashboard. You'll either hit enemy players, or the splash damage will hit the driver's wheel and slow the van down significantly.
