It's weird how little posting activity there is on Yea Forums these days. Apparently it still gets millions of viewers but the board is way slower than it was just 5 years ago. It's like everyone is lurking to get screencaps to post on reddit or something and only a handful of people still actually post. You can easily recognize the same people posting in the same threads over and over.

well originally this started for /agdg/, but i realized it's short-sighted because more boards need alternates. And i wouldn't have been ready to implement them post-launch as more people requested the usuals. So I think having systems in place to support a regular image board is good.
But yeah, i'm fully aware of what could happen, but it's going to feel good to finish a project no matter the outcome.
