how do I avoid being bad?

Hardly only you played it, since I think Sacrifice has a small cult status.

Now for the rts that really no one played beside me.

Its an arcade 1st or 3rd person helicopter flight sim (using sim very loosely there)
Get extra points by landing and rescuing hostages
The voice for "Nice Job" and "Good Hit!" for good performance quips sounds exactly like Space Ghost (George Lowe) Its not him or he's uncredited
this game also has one of the funnest napalm UGB type weapons ever

OST was amazing

Anyone know any good obscure pc fps from late 90's/early 2000's? I need a good fix of shooters from this era and I already played a lot of the more popular ones.

If it only the campaign wasn't so restricted

Have you played pic related then?

Attached: maxresdefault.jpg (1280x720, 100K)

The game has its faults, but it's still an amazing Diablo clone. Lots of great dungeons, excellent writing, beautiful graphics, god tier OST. It was a great 60+ hours ride even though I almost dropped the game at the beginning of the second chapter.
Inquisitor is an extremely hard game (for example, the final dungeon of the first chapter has 6 floors with only one teleporter to return you to the overworld), especially if you don't know certain things about it (what spells are a must-have etc), but i you persist you'll find a real hidden gem.

Wrong. Side with the Air God he's the best God that will FUCKING BETRAY YOU AND EVERYONE
I have it on my steam account. Played quite a bit of it too.

Old failed MMO

>Giants: Citizen Kabuto
>T'ai Fu: Wrath of the Tiger
>Akuji the Heartless
>40 Twinks
Breh, I played those ones. It's also "40 Winks", not Twinks

Pic related, plus stuff like
>Shadowcaster
>Dark Legions
>Monkey Hero

Attached: XVIepHo.jpg (1024x768, 223K)

Yeah, demo though

what about this one?

Attached: Septerra_Core_-_Legacy_of_the_Creator_Coverart.png (256x319, 158K)

I played the demo of Monkey Hero on my cousin's PS1 and it made me want a PS1. First time I was ever exposed to Monkey.

I have it in my collection. I got to like the third sphere (the one after the medieval one), but then I lost my saves. Sometime I will need to give it another go, but I find the combat system a bit tiresome. Also I feel like the game doesn't always tell you proper what you have to do next, so I had a couple times where I just wandered aimlessly.

Tell me how you feel about Fatal Inertia.

well this is interesting....didn't expect anybody here to have good enough taste to play this.
Great game, played it for 4 years straight

They used to sell cheap two disc packs in old game shops. I got this one in a pack like this, a jewel case that opened on two sides. One of the games was Septerra Core. I forget what the other one was.

It's certainly an interesting little oddity.

>Inquisitor is an extremely hard game
No, it just has a fucking awful combat system.

One of the most popular games

Attached: what the fuuuuu.jpg (1500x1608, 196K)

i try to replay it every year, soundtrack is great

Gun too big

Attached: ree.jpg (700x517, 224K)

Unironically the best story-driven rpg I've ever played.

>fucking awful
It doesn't differ that much from the usual Diablo clones, it's just that certain dungeons have too much enemies in one place. Interestingly enough, you find a lot of green cubes which you can use, amongst other things, to summon a genie who can easily defeat hordes of enemies, even certain bosses (if you use up 2-3 cubes and summon 2-3 genies). It's like the game is encouraging you to use OP items to beat its unfair sections. I always found that endearing, even if that kind of design isn't good (objectively speaking).

It looks incredibly interesting, but I never got to try it because I'm not a console owner.

Of course, staple '90s, played it in my middle school's computer lab for the first time.

Game magazines from the early '00s with full games on CD brought you into contact will all sorts of obscure C+ grade games.

its really fucking good. they literally dont make them like this anymore

I have this one for PC, never thought there was a PS2 version. I've always had the idea that this was an obscure PC game.

holy fucking shit the memories

loved it, will never ever beat it

Behold! A fully 3D point and click adventure game that nobody played.

Attached: the watchmaker.jpg (1024x768, 102K)

great game. definately childhood defining title. i dont remember the archangel unit though

Attached: Lagoon_Coverart.png (250x183, 81K)

>It doesn't differ that much from the usual Diablo clones
It doesn't even have a fraction of variety in abilities and enemies of even the first Diablo, and combat and interface in general is just very clunky.

Combat just fels like a chore.

fat gladiator is severely underused trope. ironically its the most historically accurate one. fat gladiators risked less life threatening injuries

The game is way more realistic because not many monster types are wandering around the world (it's all related to the lore). I personally never mind this, there's enough variety in the description of all the items you can hold in your inventory and the writing.

it was good when i was 9

>i dont remember the archangel unit though
Really? It's the strongest unit of the Justice faction. It even appears in the opening cinematic.

Is that Revenant?

You bet it is

There were multiple versions of each class, but all the male samnites were fat, and all were tall.

Nobody ever played this game.

Rodger Ramrod

Attached: Rodger-Ramrod.jpg (420x262, 61K)

That's a obscure game. I couldn't find any video with the gameplay and there are hardly only a couple screenshots. At least it seems like you can download the game from a couple sites.
