The Konami guys very probably are working on the next Metal Gear, for the better or the worse depending on your opinion.
Would you prefer it to be a remake or a new game? A remake would seem more likely but Konami are unpredictable. Would you prefer a game with Solid Snake, Big Boss, The Boss or even another character?
Same games, remade with the fox engine with that pachinkp graphics. Maps expanded while keeping the same groove and iconic locations such as shadow moses landmarks and such. Keep the voiceover untouched.

>set before MGSV >learn how ocelot becones shalashaska >revolver juggle mechanics, ricochet bullet mechanics >interrogation minigames >ability to meow a squad to your position when things get intense >missions working for multiple factions at once, double triple crossing them
Pachinko actually is cgi. Not fox engine. I'm not even sure it was done by Konami themselves, since pachinko are done by Konami amusement and not KDE (who do video games.)
Who should voice Ocelot? Keaton, Zimmerman or Baker?
Juan Young
If it's at the time of PW, Keaton. He still was voicing Ocelot in PO.
Evan Perez
I'd like a remake of MG1 and 2.
Jaxon Cruz
>Would you prefer a game with Solid Snake, Big Boss, The Boss or even another character?
Big Boss, but halfway through it turns out it is a clone of Punished Snake's brother called Gas Snake. He underwent sex reassignment surgery to make him look like The Boss, and nanobots copied over her consciousness so that she thinks she is the actual The Boss when she's really just Gas Snake.
Chase Hernandez
I would as well but its never happening. Besides, MGS is essentially a remake of MG2
Brandon Smith
New game and new characters. I don't really want to see anyone but Shinkawa handling the designs of old characters.
John Allen
I don't know why anyone wants a remake of 3. It plays and even still looks great
Kayden Foster
They still have the ghost babel artist/ designer at konami at least. And the mgrr guy work as freelance. Ghost babel art also did all the sprite. But his style is pretty different. Snake almost look cute with him.
Probably the pachinko controversy. 3 is probably one of the game that need the least a remake.
Dominic Bailey
>The Konami guys very probably are working on the next Metal Gear Metal Gear was either finished long ago for you or with MGSV depending on who you ask. Its over now. Let go. Move on.
Jordan Sanchez
I want to see Kojima less games because I'm curious. It could be interesting. And maybe even good. In the end, no matter who does the game, if it's good I'm happy.
Carson Cooper
>I want to see Kojima less games because I'm curious.
No more prequels, no more remakes the simplest (and best) continuation is Rising 2
Levi Wilson
Survive was a cut expansion of mgo3 made standalone . People make an huge deal when it's literally mgsv undead nightmare. It was marketed as such and yet dumb people keep screaming it's like a big game or something. Good mg games without Kojima already happened. It can happen again.
Grayson Kelly
But what to do after a mgr2? A reboot?
Caleb Hall
>People make an huge deal they make a huge deal because it is fucking absolute garbage that is not "Metal Gear" at all but uses its fucking name. Fuck off. >dumb people keep screaming Yeah, why scream? The series is already finished as I originally said. People who want Konami to redo this or remaster that or something entirely new think they want it, but don't realize they are fucking monkey pawing themselves. Let them realize the hard way then.
Ryder Morris
Survive still used some MG shit in the story. It even used some elements from mgrr. It's not snake and the setting is different, but it's still a MG story. (and considering they did the whole story during the delay, they did a pretty good job. Survive wasn't supposed to have a single-player mode first.)
Charles Garcia
People would prefer to have new games than remakes...
Noah Carter
MGS2 is similar to MGSV when you think about it >Both first parts show exactly the Metal Gear Solid game we've been waiting for (Tanker/Ground Zeroes) >Second part of the game is a change in level design compared to the first which dissapointed several people >You don't play as the character of the first part (Snake -> Raiden / Big Boss -> Venom) >Last lines of the first character to the second are similar
>Snake to Raiden:I know you didn't have much in term of choices this time but everything you felt, thought about during this mission is yours >Big Boss to Venom: Thanks to you I've left my mark. You have too - you've written your own history. You're your own man. I'm Big Boss, and you are too.
Ayden Lee
Mgsv is the reverse mgs2. Even the reaction are reversed : mgs2 was hated first than praised. Mgsv was loved first but now is more controversial.
Ryan Wood
All you really have to do is remake Metal Gear Solid for the GBA as Metal Gear Liquid: Ghost Babel.....bring Ghost Babel into the main canon by having Liquid Snake be the main character (who was in FOXHOUND at the time the game takes place) so it could work!
they ported MGS2 to nvidia shield a few months ago

>People would prefer to have new games I remember when I was excited for MGSV too. Red Band Trailer... the final 2015 trailer. Even that was made by Kojima and was a colossal disappointment. Don't think I don't want anything new either, but you need to understand my position of looking at Konami, a company who fucked Silent Hill and later Metal gear entirely and have no faith at all they can make anything good again. I'd love to be proven wrong and to be happy and enjoy something from Konami again, trust me. Do you think I want it to be the way it is?
