95% of it could be minimized - Nightboy and Dyrendal for instance as an example, one word name, big bar of health in vertical.
you could remove the names of de/buffs and rely solely on icons
timers could be simplified into just having a border around them that depletes
Groups could also be minimized, Ragnarok Online party window only displayed names + health, no bars needed and it all fit in one display.
