Modern Miami, with everglades in the middle and an Atlanta & a Nashville inspired city that you unlock closer towards the end game. either that, or the keys and like, Cuba or some shit. basically, follow the blueprint for San Andreas map wise rather than IV and V. as for tone? I like how San Andreas starts as a gritty gangster flick type story then eventually you're trafficking weed for hippies and stealing shit for the FBI. I think SA had the best blend of satire and taking itself seriously

it's weird to me to think that GTA is gonna be skipping a whole console generation.
I mean yeah GTAV came to the 8th gen consoles too but it was made with 7th gen in mind.
