I love the sythe in any game it gets put into but realistically it's unviable where effort into a sword, axe, or spear yields better results
Scythe is relegated to gimmicky side weapon that's never as good as a sword or axe
>gets upset about scythes being a gimmick despite them literally not being made for combat
>meanwhile the monk's spade practically never gets mentioned anywhere ever
Why are you going to farm on the battlefield you peasant?
>user tries to make another stealth Yea Forums thread shitposting about the SU movie
>Actually gets real discussion instead
Only way to have a scythe actually be at all useful as a weapon is if it's a sickle. Size is the biggest thing dragging it down.
arming yourself with a scythe is no more or less autistic than arming yourself with a blade you pulled off the bottom of your lawnmower.
It is an incredibly flimsy tool and isn't designed to be a weapon. The blade is very thin and light, so it would just not even be useful against armor. The point where the blade meets the handle is also not weapon-purpose built, unlike a sword where the blade and the hilt are a single piece of solid metal.
it was literally made for cutting grass, and for women. much like a butterknife has no utility as weapon.
Who gives a shit, 90% of games are unrealistic anyways
Rule of very cool.
Feel like this is pasta
Pretty much.
Though, I do wonder, why is there SO MUCH stuff pairing scythes with jesters? Like, it's such an oddly common trope in anime and shit.
*0-deaths you* nothing personal kid
