I just started a new project that I am going to try to sell for actual money.
I think 50 levels will be good enough for now
I have three all done after 20 minutes so I should be done in October-November

but is your game good

It is in pre-alpha and so far it is
It has a far way to go

Memes aside, is there any reason to use Godot over GameMaker?

you don't have to pay the devs anything

Still grinding away..

nice

Every day at work, I fantasize about my ideas, and plan on how I'll work on it once I get home, and how I'll dedicate some days off purely to making a game. But when I get home I feel too tired and put it off until tomorrow. And on my day off I am usually catching up on sleep and running errands, and put it off to next weekend. I've been putting it off for five years.

any ideas of a good setting for a battlefield clone?

>is there any reason to use Game Maker over Godot?

fixed that for you

Korean War

So no?

heres the basic list
>its totally free
>better designed towards 2D
>small as fuck installation only around 50mb

Impressive.

>better designed towards 2D
Explain?

No, Godot it unironically a meme. Gamemaker is an easy to use engine whose capability has been proven by several titles. It's sad to see they jewed up hard with GM2, but it's still a much better choice than Godot. If you don't want to pay anything, use Unity (no, you won't make that much money).

just check out their website faggot instead of trusting people on here

bump

Thanks

Do you think a puzzle roguelike would be a good type of game?

It's not going, also college resumes next Monday, so it's not gonna resume for a while.

im making a clicker game for android

i would be happy if only a small amount of people played it

what is that game called and did you release it?
