i remember skipping some days back in sophomore year of highschool to play the midnight release of das2
i started the series with demons souls when i was like 11 so i had the pleasure of experiencing the series blind and in the order they were released
arriving at majula and later the heides tower of flame while the sun begins to rise outside was absolute kino
looking back on it, the game is the worst in the series, but it has a special sweet spot in my heart
it does make me quite sad comparing those days to now where i still haven't even bothered to try sekiro, maybe elden ring will take me back
