Notice how Armstrong lost his red eyes when dying, only for them to go in the eye of Raiden.
When a MGR2 will be made, or any MG in the future, Raiden probably will be the antagonist, it was confirmed MGRR is now 100% canon now that Kojima is gone.

There's a reason of why there's some MGRR weapons in Survive. While Survive is non canon after the ending, it confirmed MGRR is now considered canon.

He's good, but Raiden is also right in that he's batshit insane. A greatest villain would have you agree with what he propses wholeheartedly. And if you think his plan was agreeable, a daily reminder that since you are browsing Yea Forums, chances are you'd be filtered within the first couple of days by his system.

V tried way to hard to be serious in my opinion, the next games should try to be less serious and more cartoony like the old ones.
