Crash would be the obvious choice even though it's owned by Activision now. I'd go with Rachet and Clank for first party since they recently bought Insomniac. Jak and Daxter would work as well but I think only in their first iteration, not as the edgy Jak from 2 and 3.
Kratos could be fun but again, it would have to be old Kratos, not nuKratos.

It was a shittier Modnation in every way and the sign that Sony wanted him to be their new mascot but just failed with that and 3 being as... interesting as it was.

I actually think Ratchet and Clank would be the best but I’m a bit biased. I don’t know if the reaction to them would be as great as someone like Crash though.

Wasn't developed by Media Molecule, the 4 character split left it feeling weird and the story levels had very little focus on platforming. It was less a sequel and more a sub-par retread of 2.

It’s weird how it feels like Sony has all of these exclusives but I draw blanks when trying to come up with good characters for a fighting game. Obviously any of the big three PS2 platformers could work. Cole from Infamous and Kratos are pretty good too. Who else though? I feel like people wouldn’t be excited for Sackboy (i would). Crash and Spyro seem like they’d make for somewhat boring movesets and they’re activison now anyway.
