Banjo's Dthrow is laughably easy to mash out of. If you get hit by something after it and you are under 180% you're a shitter

I tried testing it and I mash out quickly to the point that my friend who was with me had to anticipate that I would jump out so he had to attack with an aerial

At 120+? Was your friend charging an Fsmash or something? Uncharged Dsmash comes out faster than you can mash out at that high of a percentage.
Dthrow from 70-100~ can be combo'd into jump + B reverse Grenade Egg fairly easily
Dthrow below 70 is trash though

A change in careers does wonders for someone if their old job consisted of getting beat by your boss.

I'll check again later but I really don't see how that's possible. I recall mashing out in half a second which I'm sure a uncharged smash can't be done that quickly by Banjo.

Bury has been in since Melee, however it always had a massive reduction on knockback and not many characters could do it. Bury was pretty much pointless in 4.

In Ult it attacks now do normal knockback from a bury so its used a lot more.

Ok, I knew that it stopped on edge, but I didn't think about how it's hitbox stayed active. Banjo is going to be a very interesting character to see played at high level. He'll either setup bury you into Up Smash kill. Or he's going to get you off stage and Wonderwing kill if you try to go for ledge.
