She can't infight nearly as hard as she should be able to. Her moves leave her open to so much, and now she has even less wiggle room for close quarters.

nigger the Kazumi changes aren't nearly as bad as they were in S2. d/b,4 probably will no longer guarantee a free d,2 or 1+4 which is huge but that was only on CH. The kick is still a disgusting cheap tool because of the +frames. They didn't even did anything to d/f,1 which is arguably the move that most people cried about

You can hold 2 and 1,2 to go into Intimidation now, and he got a new While Rising move (1+2, might be a bat launcher) and a new Intimidation move (d2, probably a low). Other moves got some frame data changes, about as many buffs as there were nerfs. Intimidation 1+2 seems to screw on hit no matter what now but is now negative on block.
