Even if the gameplay is stiff af, they build a gorgeous universe and delivered an awesome story with characters in which one alone has more depth than every character from the AC universe (what's actually not a real challenge).
True, their marketing is good, but show me one Dev/publisher that has a real frequent dialogue with the community and doesn't try to cashgrab the costumers? The Blood and wine expansion was basically a completely new game and they sold it for peanuts. Other Devs on the other hand allowing ADS in 60 $ triple A games or give you a fucking half baked shitpile of a game.
Even if their games have flaws, they put enough heart in it, to give you an enjoyable, fully fledged experience without fucking with you.

They are being boolied by the review-monopoly game "journo's" who wants the game to be something not even they know. CDPR is trying to walk the line between appeading the journo's so they will not be review bombed (which will cause them immesurable losses in sales, because ALOT of people buy based on reviews)
