Vincent didn't have to face his faults and make up for his errors, reality and time just fixed themselves and removed his responsibilities altogether so he can stay with his little demon who conveniently got approved for reality.
At least you can be sure Katherine's relationship with Paul is a good one, the entire point of the game was that Vincent wasn't worthy of Katherine and they had to go separate ways for Heavens to fix that, and since Vincent is still running from his responsibilities it means he barely changes in this scenario.
He ends up better because Catherine is a fucking demon so she's got her way to make sure Vincent doesn't repeat the same fuckups.

Full Body is just the typical Atlus fair of remaking a game and either adding a new character no one asked for, or amplifying one character's importance far above the rest of the cast. They did both by adding Rin and amplifying C. They removed all the negatives of C's relationship, the cheating and betrayal of K, then they gave C a better Good End than K, and then they made it even worse by giving K a Worse Bad ending for no good reason. At least this game flopped.

It IS his only flaw.
It's how the game presents the fact that he's a guy as a flaw for Vincent to surpass. It's literally what his route is about, Vincent realizing he doesn't care because he loves him and chasing after Rin anyway.

You can also essentially reply saying that you will commit to her.

These new endings only happen if you lock yourself into the Rin Route but reject going after him anyway.
You get into the Rin route by picking the possibilities where Vincent doesn't want to be controlled and is fine with trying out new things.
So, if you still go for C after Vincent had those realizations I guess his development goes onto her and they try out settling down.
And if you go for K after Vincent had those realizations, she's the one who tries to improve herself and leaves him, as you basically failed the very thing you realized by trying to stay with her.

If you never get into the Rin route, I believe you get the original endings.

I definitely picked Katherine partially because i initially thought it was the right thing to do and because she sounds like Rukia's (bleach) voice actor, holy shit does she really have the same voice actor because i felt a wave of nostalgiathe moment she said she was prego that sealed the deal however when she later revealed she wasn't i started to gravitate back towards Catherine and i ended up losing both. i was fairly satisfied with the ending however and didn't go for another. probably won't for a year or two.
