If you want to develop a game for them, you are basically giving up any claims to profit, they are that shitty of a company to deal with. I dropped Fairy Tail fairly early in. Not because I particularly hated it, but it was back when scans were coming out on a weekly basis and I just wasn't that invested in it. I heard it gets really bad later, but I did like the idea of magic guilds and it seemed to have a pretty good sense of adventure to it like Rave Master. Glad they realized a straight up RPG makes more sense than another musou or arena fighter.
