Oh yeah OP here, something really important I almost forgot.

If the demo is being done through the Sony Booth (for example if the Yakuza demo is available to play at a Sony Booth instead of a Sega Booth) in order to play you HAVE to reserve a spot to play the demo in advance. At this site

Also I am 99% sure Sony is only allowing reservations for people with Plus.

Other companies may also require reservations but Sony is the one that always does and definitely are this year too.
