So, with the release of the Terry trailer, all purported Ryu Hayabusa leaks are dead in the water and the 5th character is back to being a wildcard. All those people who mocked me saying "Ha ha you don't get a wife character, eat shit" are now very embarrassed because we're right back to a girl fighter being possible, and with four characters so far being men, the fifth being a girl is practically a certainty. Granted, you won anyway, because I was really hoping for fighter 2 or 4 to have a girl option or be a girl respectively, so that even if the rest of the fighters weren't girls, I could still happily play as a girl while waiting for the rest of the fighters, stress free. So now I only have one more chance at a girl, so I'm just as stressed as you. Or so I thought, because since they announced more fighters, there's more fun and speculation to be had. But I'm still holding out for #5 to be a girl, so our battle rages on.
At any rate. The mystery of the Fighter Pass continues. Welcome to another speculation thread where we speculate about who the fifth fighter will be.
I honestly do not see any other hype female character than Reimu at this point. The only one more hype would be Miku Hatsune, but that's impossible.

There are only two "leaks" that claimed Ryu Hayabusa: 1) The leak that said he was the 4th character. He is not, so this leak is dead. 2) The leak that said Terry and Ryu would be happening, but claimed that the Terry trailer would be a continuation of the Kencineroar trailer. It wasn't, so this leak is also dead.

If we're going with the theme of gaming history rather than popularity, then I'll root for Estelle Bright until the end. I already got Erdrick and company, and now Terry motherfucking Bogard, of all things. It's unbelievable.
The chances are slim seeing how Falcom is more inclined towards Sony and PC, but not impossible. Even if it's not Estelle and rather Adol Christin, seeing Falcom representation (and the music) in Smash would make be burst with happiness like you wouldn't believe.

It has to be at this point. Tetris 99 has done so well and it's just batshit enough to work for the final fighter pass character. The only question is which block makes the cut (or is it like pokemon trainer and you can cycle through them).
