Suda didn't even know about the PS3 port because Marvelous outsourced it to another company. The same thing will probably happen with NMH3. TSA was self published by GhM for the Switch, hence the rad cover art. I think Suda negotiated with Marvelous to get funding for NMH3 in exchange for letting them publish TSA as a multiplat. It's the first time Marvelous is publishing an NMH outside of Japan. Whether or not 3 gets ported will be decided by Marvelous so if people want the ports, they're going to have to pony up on buying TSA. Suda has already made it clear it's being developed for the switch first and foremost with a bunch of joycon functionality and Marvelous doesn't see money, it's not going to get ported.

Senran Kagura Reflexions is switch exclusive, also realize the 3DS had 3 (or 2 if you're not japan) Senran Kagura games, that is most likely why the Swtich doesn't have more. They made Deep crimson after Versus, so it doesn't seem like they gave up on Nintendo after they started the Versus style game. They will likely make the next one for PC, Switch, and PS4, and it'll probably be the last since Takaki left Marvelous
