I was just one concern... if this game is going to have cyberspace hacking, then is the hacking in multiplayer slowed down literally thousands of times because of the real-time interaction between players? If the visualization of my cyberspace avatar moving between routers takes two seconds, does it mean that other players outside cyberspace can do full two seconds of real space activities when really my avatar's action is supposed to be calculated in milliseconds?
Or is the multiplayer just going to involve shooting other players?

Yes but in singleplayer when you jack into someone's network and hack something, it's instant because everything happens at processor speeds. The game can pause the real world for the few milliseconds it takes. In multiplayer you can't pause or slow down 1000x the real space interaction of other players while one player is hacking.
