It's a competent third person shooter with powers. You get a shield, you can fly eventually, you get telekinesis, and a limited mind control. The only drawback is a two weapon limit that is so toothless and unnecessary that you can change what the two weapons are at any time in the pause menu and that it takes a couple of hours to get going.

That guy is retarded. The combat is as good as it always is with Remedy.

Remedy has a weird thing with wanting all their characters to be 'realistic', so they tend to not pretty them up too much and just 1:1 base them off either the voice actor or someone that works there.

It very quickly boils down to using throw at enemies until you need to recharge, then you shoot them until throw has recharged or you're out of ammo, and then you're back to using throw.

Take Mass Effect powers, make them more generic.
Take FEAR AI, remove all its intelligence.
