I need to ask about something in this game.
What is "The City"
It's mentioned in Threshold kids when they talk about their dead parents and in a few black rock quarry related documents.
As far as I can tell people see it and either disappear into it or go nuts. They also mention sending expeditions into it.
But what is it? Why can't Jessie see it? Is it part of the Astral Plane outside of the Board's control? Is it going to be in the DLC along with the big rock that supposedly has a hole in it that isn't visible when you look for it?

I just finished the hotline mission.
Does the game get better? Not bait or troll, genuine question, because for now it's being pretty mediocre. The visuals are great but the story feels a bit pretentious and the gamelay isn't anything to talk about. Also I unlocked the skill trees and such and it feels so dumb. Does it unlock anything relvenat or is it all number increases?
