What are some fun multi classes to play? Are the companions any good? What else should I know?

I'm just playing it as pure cleric.

Yeah I'll probably just end up rolling a mage, but I'd like to know if there are some fun multi classes since it takes a bit of planning ahead to be somewhat efficient
how fun is a pure cleric ?

Go Warlock for fun spell spam

I just buff for few minutes and then kill everything. Sometimes die due to poor positioning, that's it.

Just letting you know: the entirety of Act 1 of the game is a dull slog of garbage. Act 2 - 3 is a lot better, but still probably doesn't make up for Act 1. In terms of characters, Sand is a big stand-out because he's really entertaining and wizards are OP. Khelgar is a bro, but whatever you do don't make him a monk- he's shit as a monk.

Cleric/Stormlord is easiest build possible

You just need to get the belt of his clan, it amplifies his abilities as a monk with gloves dramatically. Like 40dmg with big attack bonus, he solo'd dragons.

Really doesn't compare to him having the belt, gloves, and hammer of his clan as a fighter. The hammer of his clan is obscenely strong, especially if you pick up all the warhammer weapon specialization feats. He'll have better AC, too, actually being able to wear armor what with his shit wisdom and dexterity giving him nothing as a monk.

NWN2 OC is perfectly fine.
Just an average D&D adventure, still miles better than the fucking diabloesque tier OC of NWN1, nevermind the fact it actually has, get this, a party of adventuring companions with you.
