Anyone else experiencing weird fps issues with this game? Game is supposed to run at 30 fps on worldmap and environments. For me it runs at 21-23. Battle is supposed to run at 15 and for me it runs at 12. However it will randomly start running at full 30 and full 15 sometimes. It isn't my GPU power--its a modern GPU and all that. Was this an issue with the original FF8 Steam release or anything?
