Not really, those cpus are only hard because they read your input. And those same cpus can also be taken advantage of by spamming certain/safe moves because they can't adapt like humans can. You're a low rank player so you never fight the great players, and those great players are way deadlier than a one-trick pony cpu that can't adapt.
