Actually Odius Trident is also a fun final boss. Don't know why I forgot about him. Now in terms of the final stage/boss theme: Saturn > Arcade.

The one where it start firing bullets from a drone? You can actually defeat Libra before it can reach its final phase. You can transform reflected bullets into beams, and it pierces through its shield.
You can do it by releasing the shield button after you reflected the bullets.
