Spy and Medic are good but they're A. Too long for a Meet the Team video and B. Don't really serve as a good "introduction" to the class
Meet the Pyro is alright, I like the concept of him being completely detatched from reality and living this happy fantasy life. Unfortunately valve somehow missed the memo of their own video and started giving him items and cosmetics that went with the aesthetic that was only in HIS FUCKING HEAD and thus he gained an even bigger following of furries and fags

The earlier ones are nice and brief interviews that are fun to watch and fit their purpose, have a sharp sense of humor and are still good today. Meet the Spy was an exciting change where Valve got to explore the games sense of humor with a different style. Meet the Medic was overdone and goofy with only a couple of funny gags. Meet the Pyro was overdone while being overcooked. It's impressive how bad that one was.

Heavy - this is like a demo of the facial animations. Really a rather nonsensical and random script when you think about it.
Soldier - Pretty good
Engineer - Same
Demoman - A bit more ambitious and clever
Scout - Pretty short and underwhelming
Sniper - Quite good though snipers are a cancerous fps meme
Spy - This is probably the apex, tells a short story that becomes even more interesting on rewatches
Medic - Pretentious, arrogant. Pretty sure this was the first one after Valve went full sellout and they immediately tried to shill the "le iconic medic dove moment" and sell some shitty taunt based off it.
Pyro - Stupid and underwhelming. The only way to do pyro backstory right is by never revealing it.

sniper is the best one, perfect balance of explanation and humor
pyro is this high for its sheer effect, they wrote him so fucking well, his own team are scared shitless of him
demo is a personal favorite of mine, i just really like his character
medic definitely had the most production and it's really good, but it goes on for a little too long
soldier, spy, heavy are all good but mostly unremarkable
scout is kinda boring, most of it is just him talking to the camera
engie is a good demonstration of his character but it's a terrible demonstration of his gameplay, dude somehow has FOUR fucking sentries
