its pretty [DATA EXPLUNGED]
>SCP
Janky as all hell and bullshit at times but still pretty neat
Secret Labs is way more fun
Excellent sound design and underrated game design
It needs a proper porting into a new engine though, Blitz3D seems to make developing/modding an irritating hassle and it’s not a good engine by today’s standards.
Sucks because every faggot trying to make a unity version give it shit sound design, unfitting environments and more. The industrial look of the old one added lots of atmosphere, but the Unity guy loves the stone bunker aesthetic.
>onions
>consumption
>people
Its good
Secret Lab is honestly one of the best multiplayer games I have ever played.
The fact that you are encouraged to tie people up and then help them escape rather than bang bang shooty shooty makes it more of a social game about convincing people in a bad situation to join you, rather than just shoot them.
>Ask about CB
>Fags talk about SL
Fuck off Hubert
>thread about CB
>people start talking about SL
>WAAAAAAAH
Shut the fuck up you friendless, anti-social cunt.
It was okay and Secret Lab has always been shit even when it was rehashed CB.
Anybody saying otherwise has probably never played Space Station 13 or even Trouble in Terrorist Town; both long past their prime and pale shadows of what they used to be.
The NTF mod would be great if it weren't so shit, but 0.2 will never be released if my gut is to be believed, and it sure as hell won't be pushed with multiplayer.
CB doesn't need to be ported, because it was always a hobbyist's hack job and pet project,
Blitz3D is a shit engine, but porting CB as is would be a waste of time.
A competent dev(s) should look to overhaul its concepts into a new project from scratch.
>Secret Lab has always been shit even
lol you have no friends
I think the devs have given up
and so have the people who played it.
Go suck more secretcuck cock you fucking loser
>Go suck more secretcuck cock
Jealous, faggot? I'll be slamming that cock like you slam calories, you obese joke of a human.
sorry but ABIB wont let you have this thread alive
I Play ss13 and played secret lab.
Both are good but for different reasons.
It's a great concept but it'll never reach its full potential being another hobbyist's pet project, last I checked.
It will never come close to the level of depth Space Station 13 offers in social complexity; There's a reason that game is a 2D tile-based sandbox stuck on an archaic engine. But that isn't what Secret Lab needs, being spun off from CB originally, it never felt right to me because that was never what CB was about.
SL deserves to be spun off into its own universe based on CB.
Why the fuck are you still comparing secret lab with ss13? They have nothing in common
dilate
>>SCP
You first, tranny.
Honestly, porting CB would be a better idea than to remaster it into Unity with completely different assets.
It just looks dry, and dull.

Last I knew, CB's current development was being handled by some of the same devs also developing the NTF mod. The NTF mod had been in limbo for years now, while CB development was prioritized, but with CB's latest version out, 0.2 of NTF had picked up again and then abruptly stopped it seems, because of real life obligations and those kiddies reaching college age.
The plan shifted to sunsetting CB with 1.4.0 and releasing 0.2 of NTF at the same time, but I seriously doubt they'll get that far judging by experience. NTF's 0.2 isn't nearly as far along as they'd have people believe. and I think they've lost interest entirely, so this is what people will be left with, which is just fine.
Containment Breach is about as great as I think people can make It on Blitz.
lmao this fucking loser is getting nostalgic for fucking TTT
You're a bit of a retard, to be honest m8.
>It'll never reach its full potential
By what metric? According to who?
You're a fucking mong, lol
Also why are you comparing it to a game in space? Are you retarded?
You're retarded.
Damn. this is sad
>Trouble in Terrorist Town
I don't know how anyone can play that trash on a public server.
>Just learn how to play
>New round starts
>See guy instantly break away from the starting group and make a beeline to a secluded place with weapons
>Okay this guy is CLEARLY a terrorist
>Shoot him in the back of the head
>RDM! RDM!
>I don't even know what that means
>"You didn't know I was a terrorist"
>I explain it was obvious
>You didn't have proof
>At this point find out he was in fact a terrorist
>Admin comes
>Drama ensues
>Rest of the game is them deciding to ban me or not
>Get banned
>Turns out you're not allowed to kill a terrorist unless they're currently killing you
Might be fun with a server full of friends you know but the whole thing just feels like a game for power trippers and rule sharks to circle jerk.
I was comparing TTT to SS13 too
I compared the two because I assumed that faggot up there was making a statement about SL's greatness based on its social quirks when it's actually pretty damn shallow compared to something like SS13, imo.
I don't know of a game with more emphasis and depth on social engineering than SS13.
If my assumption about them was wrong then pardon me; what-fucking-ever
the tranny calls me a tranny
I'll dilate you by force if I have to. Don't make this difficult.
try it
I'm making the call.
The dilation nation is on the fucking way to your location right now.
>It'll never reach its full potential
>By what metric? According to who?
>You're a fucking mong, lol
According to the fact that it's still based primarily on CB and last I checked (it's been a while), their development team was a disjointed, dysfunctional cluster fuck with clashing visions for the project and a ton of added drama to boot.
I might be out of the loop on this one, did all of that change?
stop posting
Seriously stop posting, you cannot compare the games
>According to the fact that it's still based primarily on CB
As intended?
Holy fuck you're a mong.
Look, my man, I don't dislike you and I don't want to be rude any further, but you are in fact a bit of a mong.
But for all I know you could be a nice-mong, and I'll take a nice-mong over a cunt-smart person anyday.
Reconsider your mong attitude, my man.
(Didn't read the rest of your post)
Fuck off, rebbitourist

>They have nothing in common
Someone ban this underage faggot.
Anyone watched /scp/ vs /umamusume/ on alg last weekend?

And has waifus.
>Lobotomy Corporation
Don't you have to be stupid somewhere else?
Unfortunately no threads are up, so I'll stick around here for now.
