Confirming they’re very cool. Only complaint is the narrow FoV which makes nighttime walking a bit scary because you have to keep swinging your head about. If you were a proper marine you wouldn’t be such a bitch like me though.

Diablo 3 collector's edition costs 10x its original price now. If you're investing in these, DS might eventually reach 2-4x at least even if it's a failure of a game. As far as I know, only independent stores do this anymore though.

I bought the Unreal Tournament 2004 Special Edition when it came out back in the day. It was the only special edition I've ever bought and uuuhhhh, it was a waste of money, because I never used the Unreal Editor and these 60+ hours tutorial vids were therefor useless. I don't think I even ever put the DVD into the tray once, the thing is probably dead already from data rot.

The box gave me my first shitty headset however (Logitech). I used it until the ear protection wore off and the thing was unbearable to have on the ears.

Game gave me hundreds of hours of fun, though. I loved the bot campaign.

I bought the Destiny 2 collector's edition. The solar panel phone charger is kinda neat, I really like the in-universe book that came with it. And I use the messenger bag every day.

Why was the Fallout 4 pipboy so ugly?

I legit wanted to buy this when OW was coming out but I had to use the money to repair my car so by the time I wanted to pre-order it was sold out everywhere.

I feel like I dodged a bullet with that one. Sadly I still own overwatch.

I would have gotten it but some fucker and his grifter friends pre-ordered every single one they got in stock (I'm singling the grifter-in-chief out because he picked up like 8 copies of the game when I went to grab mine). Everyone was so pissed and I'm still pissed. Was the only place I could get the game too.

I guess if you don't just want toys, pamphlets and shelf stuffers, yakuza 6 at least gave you something you could use.

Me and a friend bought one, and I eventually put it in my closet so I don't have to look at my bad purchase. The pipboy has hotglued pieces that fall apart real easily, and it's all made of cheap hollow plastic. Definitely not worth it. The fallout anthology mini nuke was a much better purchase for a better price.

Was only a little more expensive than a physical copy of the game, and came with a sweet record of the soundtrack.
