I want more cool interactions and less nerfing shit because steakmund/nicalis hate people having fun. There are so many garbage items in the game but lets focus one the handful of good ones and nerf them.

More cool interactions would be nice, and trash items should get buffed on some level but there are some items that are ridiculously powerful in the game and can practically win runs by themselves.
Tech-x for example is completely ridiculous, as are is something that gives you infinite hp with two items. To me, that's not fun either
If they were smart they'd create a special hard as fuck enemy that hunts down players with certain broken item combinations. So you can have your op combos but you're going to have to beat an overtuned enemy if you want to finish the run.

I want a dad boss the secret being that dad was sexually abusive and took dirty pictures of isaac fight that plays like mega-satan with a happy ending where mom finds isaac alive in the chest and the new file select picture is mom and isaac watching tv together.
The boss fight gimmick would be that dad can forcibly change your character to a random different class during his 2nd phase (because dad used to dress him up in wigs) and the final phase forcibly removes all powerups and switches you to default isaac.
