Double engineer is still in, double admiral is out.
Mausoleum is already an insane wonder. Getting it basically guarantees 2 - 3 other wonders throughout the course of the game, even on immortal. Top decking Isidore of Miletus after getting it allows you to snipe pretty much any wonder you want. It's too late to get Macchu Picchu or Petra, but you can still steal Chichen Itza, Potala Palace, or Forbidden City. Hell, you can even take Big Ben.
