I mean sure it's not bad because it is popular but it had way too much missed potantial. After Oblivion people wanted some cut-out shit back but what Bethesda did was literally the same thing as usual and just turn the game more into a action game rather then a RPG game. Sure it is fun and adds alot of interesting lore to the universe (and personally I would say it is as fun as the older titles, played many hours) but it fucked up in way too much ways too.
tl;dr : Game is a double-edged sword. Is fun and bears alot of memories for poeple but lacks care of the devs and should had more content to it.
