Why would the Thalmor send mercenaries from Hammerfell to get her instead of their Justicars who are in the province already and would have the authority to just walk up and arrest her?

The Alik'r and their story make much more sense. It's logical that they'd be hunting down a Thalmor sympathizer because the Alik'r were likely opposed to the Thalmor like the rest of the Redguards. Further, it makes sense that she'd flee to Skyrim if she were a sympathizer. Additionally, they don't ask you to kill her on the spot, they want to capture her and bring her back for a trial. If she WAS fleeing for speaking out against the Thalmor, they wouldn't want to arrest her and bring her back to Hammerfell, where the Thalmor have no authority. They'd ask you to just kill her on the spot.

hammerfell isn't under control of the thalmor. in fact they fought a very bloody war to keep their independence, so why would she need to escape hammerfell if she spoke out against the thalmor? countless redguards already did a lot more than that.

AA have a SE version, but only the LE version directly uses OSA/Osex (romantic sex animation pack). You still can manually start sex scenes with Osex SE, but LE version start them automatically.

If you like the idea of running around and finding every little bit of rare gear, sure. Like all Deadric equipment can't be found in chests at all with it installed. It's pretty interesting with things like Legacy of the Dragonborn, since every house can have something you wouldn't expect and getting that full deadric set for the museum actually takes a bit of doing.

Factually wrong. The entire reason Hammerfell is pissed and left the Empire is because it suffered greater losses than expected. They demanded reinforcements in a battle they could have easily won with enough numbers, but the Empire gave them the middle finger. Hammerfell won but barely, and proceeded to tell the Imperials to suck cock.

But user, it's even easier these days. Vortex does most of the work for you even. What normally took me a week, I accomplished in a single day. I have a perfectly stable Skyrim that looks amazing. Fully 3d tree LODs and no FPS loss. I almost can't believe it. Oldrim would have me at 30fps in Solitude area, looking over the river to the swamp. Come on user, just do it.

MLU manages its leveled lists with scripts IIRC so I think it’s fine with those.

It's basically the new Nexus Mod Manager. MO2 is better if you want more individual control, but Vortex handles shit on it's own. Like remembering to auto run FNIS when new animation shit is installed. It also auto sorts your plugins when installed and you can easily set exceptions to not only load order of plugins, but individual files. Say you have two mods that both modify the same thing. Normally you would have to let one fully overwrite the other, or manually set up a new mod to get some files you wanted out of one. Now you can just say "No, I want these files to overwrite this mod, even though it comes after this one".

Probably varies depending on where you are. Near the Bay, it's probably less so, since they would have Breton coming and going a lot. Nearer the mainland would probably be ultra racist, especially to imperials. Magic users would also be scorned a lot, more so if you are a conjuration or illusion user.
